Personal background: I started my career as an audit intern at a Big 4 accounting firm during my undergrad. Throughout my postgraduate, I worked part-time as human resources coordinator at Richmar Associates and as a marketing data specialist at Cepheid.
Interests outside of work: Outside of my work schedule, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, exploring the world and cultivating my personal development.
Years in staffing: I’ve joined Richmar since 2017 as a part-time human resources coordinator. By 2019, I transitioned into a full-time role as a business data analyst and human resources information system.
Why you chose staffing as a career: I enjoy analyzing human resource activity and transforming large data into KPI that supports our staffing team in making strategic decisions. Whether I am collecting, storing, or distributing information, my type-A personality craves for data insight geared to an important goal- staffing with quality.
Where you are from: I am a South Bay Area native.
Degrees, certifications, and/or years of experience: I graduated with a Bachelors in business management from San Jose State University and a Masters in project management with high honors from Golden Gate University.
