Facilities Technician

A semiconductor company is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team!
Job Summary: This position will be reporting to the Facilities Manager and sharing the role with another Facilities Tech who works the 2nd shift but is helping to cover days at the moment.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Changing light bulbs,
- Opening up front lobby in the am,
- Addressing water leaks/spills
- Greeting contractors/vendors
- Walking perimeter of building
Education/Experience:
- Must be able to climb ladders, Push/Pull equipment, Walk/Stand for long periods of time
- Prior Facilities experience req’d
- Must clear criminal background and drug screen
